My name is Amanbaiuly Mukhtar, and I graduated from Nazarbayev University, where my studies focused on environmental justice, water politics, non-proliferation studies, and international affairs. My academic journey has been marked by extensive research and participation in international conferences, where I represented Kazakhstan in discussions on global environmental challenges, youth engagement, and policy development.

Throughout my studies, I have authored several papers and research articles addressing the intersection of environmental issues and governance in Central Asia. I am particularly passionate about analyzing Kazakhstan’s multivector foreign policy and its approach to environmental security and sustainable development.

Currently, I am in Japan to deepen my understanding of environmental policies and sustainable practices. Additionally, I am keen to study Japan’s policies and approaches in non-proliferation studies.
