The Special Program for Central Eurasian Studies at the University of Tsukuba had the honor of inviting H.E. Sharipov Kongratbay Avezimbetovich, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to deliver a special lecture on October 1, 2025.
Uzbekistan is currently undergoing ambitious and wide-ranging reforms under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. At the core of these reforms is the transformation of the education sector, which is central to the country’s modernization and future development.
The lecture was given by the primary stakeholder in this process, H.E. Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kungirotboy Sharipov.
