Lecture delivered by the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Japan
On 21 May 2019, H.E. Baudarbek-Kozhatayev Yerlan, the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Japan, Counsellor Mr. Suyundikov Bakitzhan and Attache Mr. Darkenov Aidos, came to the University of Tsukuba to pay a courtesy visit to the University President Nagata Kyosuke and Vice President Benton Caroline F. (International Affairs). During the visit, participants engaged in a productive discussion about a wide range of exchanges in both arts and sciences.
In addition, H. E. Ambassador Baudarbek-Kozhatayev gave a lecture at the University titled “Current Conditions in the Republic of Kazakhstan and its Relations with Other Central Asian Countries”. The Ambassador talked about the summits held in Central Asia, Kazakhstan-Japan relations, and the future international strategy of Kazakhstan. These topics were received with great enthusiasm by the University of Tsukuba students who attended the lecture.
