As part of The Nippon Foundation’s “Central Asia-Japan Human Resources Development Project,” 25 short-term exchange students from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University—a partner school under Tsukuba University’s Campus-in-Campus (CiC) concept—along with four 4th-term NipCA Fellows, participated in the “Japanese Company Internship II.”

They visited the Mitaka Head Office of Iida Group Holdings Co. on Tuesday, August 22, and the Moka Plant of First Wood Co. on Wednesday, August 23.
During the internship, the students gained insights into the housing conditions and characteristics of different countries and learned about the sustainability efforts of these companies.
