On December 24, 2019, University of Tsukuba’s seven NipCA fellows who are studying under the support of scholarship from the Japan Foundation and seven related faculty and staff of University of Tsukuba, including Benton Vice President for Global Affairs, visited President Yohei Sasakawa at the Japan Foundation in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

Each NipCA fellow thanked the Japan Foundation for supporting their studies. NipCA Fellows have been researching in area such as agriculture, environment, tourism, and education, and have shown that learning in Japan will have a good impact on them and their home country’s future.
