I am from Turkmenistan. The main focus of my current research is “the Turkmen-Japanese cooperation in the field of higher education”. Particularly, I will be analyzing the main patterns of university diplomacy for Japan and Turkmenistan. Based on my previous academic background in environmental studies and world economy, I have other interdisciplinary research interests such as natural resource governance and sustainability science. My primary goals during my stay in Japan are education and the Japanese language. In addition to these goals, I am also looking forward to experiencing a unique Japanese culture and lifestyle. I believe that Japan is not only a destination of high-quality education, but also a good school of life. After graduation, I am willing to continue the academic pathway in my selected field, and contribute to raising knowledge in the field of Turkmen-Japanese relations.
