Azerbaijan is my home country, and I also received my bachelor’s degree there, from ADA University. Currently, I am specializing in International Area Studies. A main focus of my research is sustainable tourism and its environmental and economic implications. I am hoping to find out its role in achieving SDGs in Azerbaijan, as tourism plays a crucial role for the future of the country. For me, Japan is the land of research and innovations. Especially, University of Tsukuba is one of the central parts of this process. I see broad range of opportunities ahead of me in terms of learning, researching and improving myself here. Right now, my primary focus is on finishing my studies here successfully and fulfilling goals of my research. Based on the completion of my aims, I hope to find out where I should belong to in terms of my future academic and career life.
